Payment and Shipping

1. Payment 

During checkout, you can select the following payment modes:

Credit card

Enter details as per the form fields on the website and your order would be confirmed upon successful payment. You would be receiving an order confirmation email. Do check your junk/ spam folders if you do not receive an email.  

Bank Transfer/ Paynow

You can opt to make a payment via bank transfer/ Paynow after confirming your order. You would be receiving an order confirmation email our bank details (as below). Do check your junk/ spam folders if you do not receive an email.

Do note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 working days. Once payment is made, update us via any of the following modes with a screenshot of the transaction/ATM receipt: 
1. Reply to the order confirmation email with your order number, or
2. Send us a Whatsapp message with your order number, or 
3. DM us on Instagram with your order number. 

 

2. Shipping Mode

We currently only ship domestically within Singapore. See 'Packaging' for details on our packaging practices. 

Shipping options & Rates

Orders above $35 will be entitled to free shipping via courier service / SingPost Tracked Package.

SingPost untracked mail - $1.50 (We strongly discourage using this option as we will not be responsible for any lost mail)

Courier/ SingPost Tracked Package - $3.50 
We may use either courier or SingPost Tracked Package services at a flat rate of $3.50 for orders below $35. You will receive updates on the tracking number once the order has been processed.

Processing Time

We will process your orders within 1 to 3 working days upon online order and payment.  Courier / SingPost Tracked Package will take another 3 to 5 working days to reach you.

Undelivered orders (Courier Service)
The courier company usually contacts you before attempting delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the courier company will make arrangements to deliver your parcel another time. If there is no one home when the courier company attempts delivery, your parcel will be sent back to us and additional courier charges will be incurred (including orders with free delivery). 

Undelivered orders (SingPost Tracked Package)

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. letterbox is full); a Delivery Advice will be placed in the recipient’s letterbox with information on collecting the mail item from the designated post office.

The undelivered package will be available for collection at the designated post office after 2pm on the next working day. The package will be kept at the post office for 10 working days, and subsequently returned to sender if the package is still uncollected after this period. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for resending of mail in this situation (including orders with free delivery).
