Payment and Shipping

1. Payment 

During checkout, you can select the following payment modes:

Credit card

Enter details as per the form fields on the website and your order would be confirmed upon successful payment.

You would receive an order confirmation email. Do check your junk/ spam folders if you do not receive an email.  

Bank Transfer/ Paynow

You can opt to make a payment via bank transfer/ PayNow after confirming your order. (Details below) 

An order confirmation email would be sent to you. Do check your junk/ spam folders if you do not receive an email. 

Do note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 working days. Once payment is made, update us via any of the following modes
1. Reply to the order confirmation email with your order number, or
2. Send us a Whatsapp message with your order number, or 
3. DM us on Instagram with your order number.

2. Shipping Mode

We currently only ship domestically within Singapore. See 'Packaging' if you want to find out more about our packaging information. 

Shipping options & Rates

A. Free courier delivery for orders above $35.

B. SingPost Untracked mail @ $1.50 - For orders up to $20
We strongly discourage using this option as we will not be responsible for any lost mail. 

C. Courier delivery @ $3.50 - For orders up to $34.

You will receive email updates with the tracking number once the order has been processed.

D. Self-collection (FOC) at Bukit Batok (details will be shared via WhatsApp upon order confirmation and payment).

We are generally available on Mondays and Fridays between 11am to 8pm, and certain weekends and public holidays. Please send us a Whatsapp message to confirm availability before making your order. 

Processing Time

We will process your orders within 1 to 3 working days upon online order and payment.  Courier delivery will take another 3 to 5 working days to reach you.

Undelivered orders (Courier Service)
The courier company usually contacts you before attempting delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the courier company will make arrangements to deliver your parcel another time. If there is no one home when the courier company attempts delivery, your parcel will be sent back to us and additional courier charges will be incurred (including orders with free delivery).
